A statement from the Ghana Football Association (GFA) copied to GNA Sports said the players, most from lower division clubs are expected to report on Thursday, August 2 at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.
The squad is dominated by former premiership campaigners, Fetteh Feyenoord Academy contributing six players whilst Red Bull Academy and Right to Dream Academy also have five players each.
The Black Starlets, who drew a bye at the prelims are scheduled to face Gambia on the weekend of 12-14 October. The first leg will take place in Banjul with the return encounter two weeks later in Accra.
The final tournament will be held in Morocco next year.
