April 14, GNA - The Kpone-Katamanso
Municipal Assembly (KKMA) has ended its 2019 town hall engagement with
residents of Oyibi, Nanoman, Seduasi, and Bawaleshi (ONSBAC) Zonal council.
The town hall
engagement was organized in line with section 40 of the Local Government Act
936, which mandates the Municipal Assembly to interact with the local residents
to account for stewardship and share ideas on development.
Mr. Noble Atsu
Ahadzi, Municipal Budget Analyst, expressed gratitude to the residents for
their enormous support to the Municipal Assembly since its Inception in 2012.
explained that, the Municipal Assembly would readily listen and address
concerns of residents about Assembly programmes and policies. The Municipal
Budget Analyst, added that, residents must provide accurate information to the
Municipal Assembly on their properties for accurate documentation and called on
them to pay their rates promptly to the Assembly.

Kpone-Katamanso Municipal Assembly has four Zonal Councils which included
Kakasunanka, Nmlitsakpo, Sebrepor, Berthlehem, Gbetsile (KAMSBERG), Zenu, Katamanso, Apolonia Santour (ZEKAS), Oyibi, Nanoman, Seduasi, Bawaleshi (ONSBAC) and
Kpone Zonal Councils.
Nii Okai Sha V,
Oyibi Mantse, thanked the KKMA officials for exhibiting patience and maturity
especially when answering questions and explaining issues.
He advised that
such public hearing should be done frequently to keep the residents informed.

that the residents must adhere to the directives of the Assembly to bring
development to their communities.
