Accra, Aug. 31, GNA – Ghandour Cosmetics, Ghana’s leading player in the cosmetics industry, has launched its pocket size perfume name “MEDO”.
MEDO meaning, “My Love” perfume, comes in nine different fragrances and built out of a mix of different fragrances.
Mrs Claire Hubert, Product Development Manager, Ghandour Cosmetics said the company with over 20 years presence in the market has always been at the forefront for innovation and new products experiences for the local market.
She said the company wanted to bring to the market a number of rich, floral, fruity and spicy fragrances, different courageous scents that transport one into a vast space filled with many tastes and colours.
She said the idea of the different fragrances was also to create an abundance of choices for so many different types of personalities.
“A fragrance says something about a personality, and as such one would always want to be identified with a perfume that he or she is using.”
Mrs Hubert said because Ghandour produces the products in country, the prices are always affordable and of quality.
“Ghandour created a packaging with a minimal and modern design, together with an attention to the Ghanaian experience through the Adinkra symbols and the black, gold and red colours”
The product comes in nine fragrances, three for men, three for women and three for unisex.
MEDO Confident, Intense and Seductive are for men, while MEDO Independent, Brave and Passionate are for women and MEDO Discover, Experience and Explore are for unisex.
She noted that the products were very light in weight and could be kept in the pocket all the time, adding that they would be immediately available in the market and then in other retail outlets.
Mrs Hubert assured the public that they were going to see more of Ghandour products engaging with young talents, new ideas for the next campaigns, more content that customers can enjoy, even when they are not engaging directly with the products.
