Retaining his position with 79 votes to beat two other contestants, Dr Robert Akuganaba and Adambire Solomon, who had 21 and 13 votes respectively, Alhaji Bolnaba said come 2012, all the seats in the region will come to NDC.
He also promised to build the capacity of the constituency executives to intensify campaigns to win more members to the party to make the vision a reality.
He said his administration would create an open door policy to welcome good suggestions that would help the progress of the party.
He thanked all the delegates for the confidence reposed in him and pledged that he would not let them down.
He said Ghanaians would start reaping the benefits of the economy by next year and urged people to exercise maximum restraint.
Mr James Abanka was elected unopposed as the Deputy Regional Secretary, Alhaji Issah Wudu got 62 to become Regional Treasurer and Mohammed Mashood was elected unopposed as the Deputy Regional Treasurer.
