Accra, May 12, GNA - Endless Possibilities and Hope Development Organization Ghana, a nongovernmental organization, has held an awards ceremony for women in Accra.

The maiden award ceremony dubbed: "Women of Courage," was to honour women who have distinguished themselves in their various fields of endeavour.

Speaking at the ceremony, Anna Owusu Prempeh Aidoo, founder of the organization, said the awards ceremony is to uplift women and to be a source of hope to humanity.

She disclosed that the organization intends to set up a Women’s Centre, which would effectively deal with issues that affect all women.

She congratulated all the award winners for excelling in their various fields of endeavour, as well as attending to the needs of the vulnerable in society.
